                                             He Operates 4 days a week except Tuesday, which is his only clinic day to see patients.
                                             His surgeries are performed at Roosevelt Hospital and at Beth Israel Hospital.
                                             He is non participating provider with insurances but will work with all insurances out of net work. We try our best to help all patients regardless of their insurance.
                                             Dr. Waner also has his own foundation called Waner children’s vascular anomaly foundation (see below) and with the help of people donating monies.
                                             He is able to help some patients with funding for procedures and or hospital stays.

                                             Information on Dr. Waner and the NY Program: Ada is the office manager for Dr. Waner. This is some information she has provided:
                                             With regard to the apartments. The hospital provides apartments at extremely discounted rates for NYC. They are across the street from the hospital. The rates are as follows:
                                             Studio = $75/night
                                             1 bedroom = $100/night
                                             2 bedroom = $125/night
                                             These apartments are not only for Dr Waner's patients. They are used for all the "Beth Israel "
                                             doctors with patients from out of town so they fill up fast.
                                             If you have a set date for your visit with Dr Waner, you should contact his
                                             office right away to reserve these apartments. Ada takes care of all "Guest
                                             Housing" reservations, so call Ada at (212) 987-0979. She will fill out the form.
                                             Make sure when you call, some of the information needed is:
                                             1) arrival date, (2) departure date, and (3) a major credit card (American Express, Mastercard
                                             and/or Visa) just to reserve the apartment.
                                             Second, the office hours for Dr Waner's new office are:
                                             Monday 9am to 5pm
                                             Tuesday 8am to 4pm
                                             Wednesday 8am to 4pm
                                             Thursday 8am to 4pm
                                             Friday 9am to 5pm
                                             Friday 9am to 5pm
                                             THE OFFICE IS CLOSED EVERY DAY FROM 12:30PM TO 1:30 PM FOR LUNCH.

                                             Dr. Waner's team tries to work with everyone since most of the parents are from other states.
                                             Please be patient and everyone is called or contacted with an appointment.
                                             Third, with regard to insurance. Mayra Alvarez-Ross is his Billing Coordinator.
                                             She does all precertifications for insurance companies.
                                             She does not have anything to do with the billing for the hospital or
                                             know anything about the costs for the hospital. She will contact
                                             each person's insurance and give them any and all information they need
                                             to precertify the surgery and/or procedure for all patients.
